There are proven ways you can avoid sicknesses and even if you are already sick, there are ways you can allow the body heal its self gradually. The food we eat can either be a medicine or a poison to our body, that is why we must be very careful of what we put into our mouths in the name of food.


Junk food of different sorts are the number one reason many people visit the hospital regularly, but they will never want to hear the truth .If you eat home cooked meals that actually are healthy and proven to be good for the body, you will not have any reason to visit the hospital in a very long while.

Stay away from sweet things, this things in time causes cancer to the body, because many people don't have the clue on how to detox the body after some period of time taking all this junk and sweet sugary food.

Always detox your body from time to time with green vegetables blended together and drink to rinse the kidney, liver, guts of various harmful toxins stored up that causes all this sickness you find today.
